Biography

I come from a very modest upbringing, but I believe we are not stuck financially in this life. Where there is a will, there is a way. I believe we can learn new things, think new thoughts, practice new habits, and achieve independent wealth and time freedom.

I believe independent wealth isn't just for 'special people' and I am willing to learn whatever it takes and work hard to attain it. Our goal was to have us both retired by 40 years old, and at 38 we've already got me retired! I am working toward retiring my husband within the year so we can enjoy the time we have on this Earth with our children and each other. Because I believe we were meant for more than the confines of a 9-5 job and all that it entails.
